    Lunch @ 12pm:
    Proti Chips Spicy Nacho Cheese

    Snack @ 3pm: (ended up doing this twice because of meetings)

    Coffee

    Lunch @ 12pm:
    Mushroom Puree
    Protidiet Cream of Chicken Soup

    Snack @ 3pm:
    Proti Chips Spicy Nacho Cheese

    Dinner @ 6pm:
    Miracle Noodles
    Shrimp
    Broccoli
    Thai Pesto (Cilantro, Soy Sauce, WF Sesame Ginger, Garlic, Srirancha)
  • No breaky (I know, I'm 'bad' that way but I get ill if I eat too early, and have two different sets of meds that need to be taken on an empty stomach and separated from each other.) Lg. mug of black coffee
    Lunch 1:30: large celery stick cut into pieces with a bit of hummus (alt group) more veg. later.
    1/2 can of tuna, with Indian hot lime pickle (counts as 1 oil serving)
    IP Jalapeno Cheddar crisps (FINALLY IP made some savoury crunchy packets gluten free certified!)
    I'll update when I do up dinner.

    OK, dinner 7pm: 6 slices of processed cheese eaten while preparing dinner ()
    3c fresh mushrooms and red pepper strips sauteed in non stick pan with EVOO, topped with a couple tablesp of Classico pasta sauce sitting next to....
    IP Mashed Potato packet. Last glass of the excellent 2018 Limited Edition NkMip Cab Sauv. MUST STOP NOW!
