  • I am soooooo happy to find this page and this particuar thread again! This page was a huge part of my success back in 2014 ( my picture is from then), and I look forward to using this page as a supprt and tool this time around too!

    L- egg, avocado ( my daughter made it for me so I said yes)
    S-BCAA drink from IP ( in a martini glass!)
    D- IP potatoes, broccoli
    S- IP vanilla pudding

    I am a teacher and just got quaratined at home for 10 days ( still Zoomin from home..). A silver lining is that I am home near veggies and a cutting board and don;t have to pack a days worth of food!

    WOOHOO!!!! Welcome back! This page was a big part of my success back in 2012 (my picture is from then too! Glory Days!). I joined some of the Facebook groups recently since this page became so quiet - but man, those people were unforgiving. Last year I did a Round 2, and was "this close" to goal when the pandemic happened and pretty much lost all the ground I gained - I mean, give me some grace - it is a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. I always liked this thread as my "scratch pad" to help me plan my meals and get ideas. I'm doing alternatives this time.

    If my daughter made me an egg & avocado lunch I would also say YES x 10000!!! It's low carb! Count the avocado as your oil, and eggs are on plan!

    And I like the martini glass idea - how do you like the BCAAs? Those are a new product to me. Are they used to help preserve muscle mass?

    And good for you finding a quarantine silver lining - I'm WFH now, but my 5yo and 4th grader are home (my 1st grader went back to school). We have someone to help my 4th grader with virtual learning (he has autism and is actually doing great virtually), but my 5yo is a constant interruption - we are sending her back to daycare on 2/1 now that all the grandparents have gotten their first vax this week.
