Alt IP Phase1-Sugar question

IP Phase 1:
I’m eating alternative products with some success b/c I forgot to check sugars until recently!!! Now that I’m checking, I found some that state it has 1g sugar but 0g added sugar, is this considered a 0g sugar item? TIA!

Products made with dairy or any fruit extracts will have naturally occurring sugars without 'added sugar.' They aren't really '0 sugar' though. 0 sugar items tend to be non-caloric sweeteners like stevia drops, or Skinny Syrups, Walden Farms products, etc.
