Yes, I am trying to get on track again too. So much harder the second third time around! My coach told me today there is a new plan rolling out after the New Year. I have a lofty goal of 80lbs. I've been lurking for the last couple months and getting inspired! Time to jump in and commit.

I am starting IP on the 26th- it will be my first time. I am excited and a little nervous.

Not alot of changes I have seen except protein goes down to 4-6 oz and added some vegetables. I will post more as I find it.

Hello All, I am starting today. This is my first time and I am nervous and excited!
I plan on letting go of 33 pounds. :)

I saw somewhere that it said to try to eat ever 3-3 1/2 hours.
But I also saw it recommended to have a packed before bed.
What times have worked for you to eat?

I've been on IP since August 1 and have just 10 lbs left before I reach my goal. I am a slow loser (1-1.5 lbs/week), despite following the protocol 100%, but that's just the rate my body wants to lose. I hope to reach my goal by early Feb.

Hi all,

Hope you are well. Started 12/26 and doing good. I dont usually eat after dinner - just hot tea if anything. Not going to weigh myself for awhile. But feeling lighter!!

Hot tea and watching YouTube videos in the snowy Midwest. I found a couple girls from Billings, MT who posted videos of their IP journey. Helps keep me focused when I'm bored and want to eat something. Hate to think of less protein with the new plan rolling out but will have to trust the process. Will find out on Wednesday.

those girls from Billings are so cute! I love their personalities and they’ve had such a huge success it’s very inspiring!

Today is day 2 for me. I felt really weak most of the day but no headache .
I did eat my dinner at 4:45 and that made me feel better.
I am crossing my fingers that tomorrow I am in ketosis and Have a bit more energy.
