Salad (Arugula and bit of Cucumber & Jicama)
Dressing (EVOO + ACV + Mustard + Lemon Juice)

Snack:
Pineapple Banana Drink Mix
2 Egg Whites

Dinner:
Beef Fajitas
Zucchini & Hatch Green Chili over shredded Cabbage
