Whooeeee all those veggies ladies, you are going to have the best facial complexions EVER!

Today I'm on a bit of a fast since I had pizza last night. Just coffee, a tiny salad at lunch and leftover scallops tonight.

LOL...Well, that's part of the Ideal Protein program...4 cups of veggies a day! And the only way I can tolerate the IP soup packets is mixed with something "real". Honestly, there aren't many of the IP products I can take as is.

What do you put in your Veggie Salad? I'm trying to go beyond "just greens" - when I first did IP only lettuce was free. I added a little cucumber and bell peppers to my "free greens" and liked it more. I'm honestly not a salad gal, but am adding them in to ward off munchies! Always looking for ideas.

Oh, and I lost 8.2lb my first WI! I know its mostly water, but still motivating!

Sometimes I go to the salad place called Chop't and get them to add like cabbage, cucumbers, broc, peppers, cilantro, kale, lettuce. I think that's all lol.
