Mainly wanted to say hello to everyone! i just started IP last week. I have cheated once, but survived a beef fest, a mayfest, and cinco de Mayo, so I think I am stronger. i realize i am going to be hungry. When those hunger pangs happen, I just think of my short term goal.... I do weigh every morning because that keeps me personally going. Looking for short older people like me to give ( and get ) support!

Hi, all you other newbies! I am just finishing my first week.

I have to say, I'm used to message boards that are more active than this one. Plus a lot of the most prolific posters in the "sticky" threads here have not been around for a while, which is kind of discouraging. Maybe we need to get this board revved up again?

Sqdeese1 - I am 54 and 5'-5". Is that old and short enough for you?
