New find Jicama tortillas
 

New to IP diet and just found a life saver for those of us that like Mexican food...Jicama tortilla rounds....in the produce section of my HEB grocery store. They make great tacos and have the crunchy texture I have missed.

OMG - I am heading down to San Antonio this weekend from Dallas (we don't have H-E-B's here, just Central Market's - that I'll have to check). I will definitely be getting a few packs - LOVE JICAMA. I used to dice it and marinate in lime juice + stevia for a semi-fruit fix.

I have heard about these and have been unable to locate them. So many people have been talking about how good they are.

I'm going to bulk buy these things! I bet they would be delicious with some grilled fish tacos, slaw, hot peppers, and cilantro.
