Hi! I'm new here! Just trying to lose 12 of the 15 pounds I gained last year so that my clothes fit. On the IP diet, how small do you cut up your veggies when measuring?

Do you lightly pack spinach?

And how do you measure riced cauliflower?:dizzy:

I found it easier to weigh than measure. If you don't have a scale and have the budget for one, I would highly recommend one.
