I'm starting tomorrow. It took almost 6 years but I've gained the 25 lbs back that I lost. And, like others have mentioned, nothing else works for me like IP!! So I'm going in tonight to get my food and chat with my coach. I'm inspired cause I have 2 big trips coming up in June and July and that's a workable timeline for me. Last time it took 4 months to lose 20 lbs. I'd like to see that work for me again. :D

I'm back as well!

Originally lost 45 lbs in 2015. Gained it all back then some. I've tried to restart a couple times but haven't made it very far. My last round I lost only 10 and then have hovered there for the last few weeks as cheating has been my downfall. I'm determined now to get back to where I was and then somehow figure out how to keep it off!

I started back on IP in February - day 3 in I caught a cold from **** and everything tasted horrible and I just couldn't eat the products. I'm a life time member of weight watchers but I'm stuck. So, I'm back. I'm going to start today. here's to a great week.

Hi all,
My story is so like most of yours...went on IP about 7 years ago and lost 40 pounds, down to a size 4-6. I was exercising 5 times a week, 3 of those were with weights, drinking all my water with the help of additives like Mio. Was hard in a sense but this forum made it doable. Now all the weight is back.

My history includes time with Weight Watchers 15-20 years ago and that was successful, even made it to lifetime member and that was before menopause. Now with menopause, my body seems to need low carb to burn fat.

I will be posting more in the summer, but will be reading threads and enjoying all of your successes in the interim. Your success helps fuel my fortitude to stay with the straight and narrow eating program.

Best,
Blueskies2

I restarted after about a 15# gain on 3/25. I originally lost 60# in 2016 and maintained for around 2 years. I went OFF THE RAILS over the holidays this past year and just haven't been able to get a grip, so I'm back on Phase 1 with the hope to lose those 15 and 10 more.

Happy Monday everybody! Have a great week

Good Morning everyone,
It's been 4 years since I phased into maintenance - I lost 97 lbs the first time and have only gained 25 back but it's time to get that last 50 off. Started this morning with my favorite maple zucchini muffins and a black coffee.
I'm excited be back and love the support here. :carrot:

I’m so happy to have found this very thread - it’s helping me forgive myself for putting the weight back on after all these years. I’ve decided not to follow a coach, but have bought many boxes of IP food to start the program.. anyone here self-coaching?
