Excel spreadsheets for alternatives?
Last night I saw an Excel spreadsheet comparing other companies products to IP products. I can't find them now. They weren't the "google docs" ones--they were Excel. Can someone point me to the thread?

A long time ago I downloaded the one from here and added a ton to it. When I am at my desktop computer I will upload it here.
In the meantime, I'll see if I can recall search criteria I used to find it. I think if you search by my name you may find the one that I uploaded here a while back. The one I have now is enhanced from that one so I'll try and get it uploaded. |
Thank you! I'd appreciate that! I wish I had book marked them last night. There are thousands of comments and I have no idea where I was.

This isn't the spreadsheet I saw last night but I think this will be a whole lot better. All of the nutritional info is on the same sheet, rather than multiple tabs. I found it by searching for your name and the word "spreadsheet". It's in the folder "Current Spreadsheet of IP Foods" dated 01/07/15.
I love how you did the daily calculations, too. Very nice work! Now I can go shopping for alternatives! Thanks a lot. I had an appointment in two weeks at the nearest center that's 30 minutes away (and at least $300) and now I can do it myself! I know this program works because I did it about 4 years ago and lost nearly 50 pounds in about 5 months. Then I got lazy and gained it all back (plus some). I love being able to log on here to see what people are talking about and getting ideas. Thanks again! |
Here is one that I found: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7J...ew?usp=sharing

Here is the updated one...
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7J...ew?usp=sharing Note that I also included keto items too - all the recipes in there at the end are keto recipes. I use keto for phasing off and maintenance vs IP's P2, P3 and P4. To use the spreadsheet, just type the food list item on the day and servings and all the macro info will appear (in each sheet green cells indicate user input - do not type in other cells as you may goof up formulas if you do so). There is a wekkly summary at the end where you can see a snapshot of the week by day or by week in total and track your weight so you could analyze if a particular plan 1 week worked better than an eating plan another week. Let me know if you have any questions. I have used this for years and have continually just added foods to the food list. |
Wow. You are both so helpful. Thank you so much. I have "lurked" on here for years reading the posts but have never asked anything or contributed. I'm a bit insecure and was a bit afraid. You both have made me feel welcome by your willingness to help me. I think I may be able to participate. Thanks again.
Now it's time to shop! |
Ali - You are welcome. Good luck!

Keep going, Ali! <3

Have any of the charts or fact sheets been updated since 2015?
