Kidney Pain??
 

Hi. I am in week 4 of IP. Happy with results so far. Having dull ache in lower right back that won't go away. Never had kidney stones or anything like that before. I googled and see that maybe the Calcium pills could develop kidney stones? Maybe more calcium than I am used to? Thinking I will cut out the calcium pills and see if that helps? I get all my water in and will be trying to get in extra today to help. No pain with flushing water. Just a dull ache in right lower of back.

Anyone else ever get this???????

I have, I think it is from not enough water, I started drinking at least 1 1/2 times as much as the requirement per day, and that went away for me.
