Flavoured water? Yay/nay?

I've been using drops to enhance my water and it just occurred to me that it might not be allowed?
I've read conflicting reports on it so I just wanted to ask here

Thanks :-)

Hi Bree! I use 1-2 packs/day of 4c packets sweetened with splenda and sometimes have other flavored water sweetened with splenda. It hasn't affected my weight loss. I average about 2.2 pounds per week and am okay with that. I know for some having the flavored water affects weight loss due to the carbs adding up, but for me I'm good. I need some sort of flavor here and there. I do make sure splenda is the sweetner. Hope this helps!

I've been wondering the same thing. I started about 10 days ago, and will put a few drops of Mio or crystal light in some of my water, typically the glass I have with my meal, otherwise I probably won't drink enough. I've started out a bit slow compared to what I expected, but I can't say if this is the reason.
