There are several low carb low fat vegan protein powders out there, but that means you will probably be stuck with shakes only as cooking with vegan proteins doesn't work as well as the whey proteins. I used Vega, and Garden of Life RAW, and a couple others made from pumpkin seeds, and a really good one I think it was Greens Fermented Vegan protein but it was very expensive. Supposed to be good for gut biota though. You can google the description low carb low fat vegan protein. They are also gluten free and usually non-GMO.
