Switching off IP to Whole30
Morning everyone! I have been on IP for a couple months and lost 22 lbs, but was developing a rash in my midsection - guessing from all the soy - and just super irritable. Plus the cost was becoming a burden. My husband wants to do the whole30 so I am starting that with him. Am I messing up my body by quitting abrubtly??

I just looked it up, and it looks like a great program. If you want to try and stick to the IP theme, I would consider counting your carbs so that you get the right amount of carbs-- I wouldn't go too low in the carbs. If I wanted to do this, I would consider adding a low carb fruit as a treat (simulating the restricted IP snack).
It looks a great, clean way to eat. I just really skimmed through it just now, but I hope they have a follow up program after the 30 days. I also have to watch the amount of soy I eat. Eating clean is always a great idea! |
