Started again after 2 years - No Phase sheets?
 

Hi all, I just started IP again after 2 years off and my coach didn't give me the Phase 1 sheet of foods you can/cannot have. When I asked for one she said they don't use it. I don't know if she means just her location of all of IP.

Does anyone have - or can point me to - a current Phase 1 sheet if they are still in use?

And if they aren't used now ... does that mean you can eat anything you want vegetable wise in any amount? Very confused!

They should be in the stickies? It's pretty much the same I think.

I thought there would be more current ones than January 2015. Guess they don't change the protocol often any more.

Every coach must give out the phase sheet. Are you saying you did not get one at all?

March/April 2015 was the last one issued.

That's correct, my coach didn't give me any of the phase sheets and when I asked for phase 1 she said they don't use them. I assumed she meant no one in IP used them any more and now that I think about it she didn't even measure me. Just weighed me.

The most current one (2015) is in the stickies section - there have been couple minor minor changes

That is RIDICULOUS! The phase sheet is the essence of the programand all clients receive them. How are you supposed to have any clue as to what the program protocol is or what veggies and meats are allowed. Something is VERY, VERY wrong here!

JLUS - I think my coach wins the worst IP coach award. She just doesn't care in the slightest bit. Her nutrition sheet is from 2012 and the shopping list is from 2011. There are so many foods on that list that IP doesn't even make any more! I asked for updated lists and she says there aren't any. Then I see people here posting updated lists from 2015.

I go and I buy my 3 boxes of the chocolate drink mix and that's it. Once I hit 180 I am changing to alternatives. I will probably be able to find more gluten free options as IP offers very few.

That is WRONG on so many levels. I would be ALL OVER every phone nimber and email I could find on the IP corporate site!! They MUST be notified. The cost of the food is meant to include EXCELLENT and COMPETENT coaching!

Why not join us n the alternative site (even if you aren't ready to switch yet)? We have all the current documents and amazing info on using alternatives at half the cost or less.

I agree on the reporting to corporate. Is switching to a different clinic possible?
