Ideal Protein Macaroni and Cheese

I'm just starting Week #2 of Phase 1 on Ideal Protein and I just bought some Mac 'n' Cheese. I brought it for lunch today, but just read the directions that call for boiling the pasta on the stove. I'm stove-less at work and hoping there is a microwave option that someone may know about! I searched google but no luck. Has anyone microwaved the macaroni and cheese with success? Or have I just guaranteed myself a hungry day at work? : ( Thanks!

no sorry, i have not microwaved that.. You dont have a grocery store nearby? or restaurant.. i dont want you to be hungry all day..
