Good morning! Today was my first Weigh-In and Coach meeting since starting the plan. (Or restarting, I could say, since I have had fabulous success with IP in years past.)
Anyway, my lovely coach reminded me to include some electrolytes with my water when it's crazy hot out, so I wanted to pass that on to everyone. I'm a big fan of the ol' straight shot of salt on the wrist when I'm feeling dizzy. Anyone else have a favorite?
