Daily Chat - June 22, 2016
Good morning! Today was my first Weigh-In and Coach meeting since starting the plan. (Or restarting, I could say, since I have had fabulous success with IP in years past.)
Anyway, my lovely coach reminded me to include some electrolytes with my water when it's crazy hot out, so I wanted to pass that on to everyone. I'm a big fan of the ol' straight shot of salt on the wrist when I'm feeling dizzy. Anyone else have a favorite? |
Marcus Brody! - I know this post is days old, but I've had password issues the past few days, so haven't been able to log in...it's been driving me LOCO to not be able to chime in and say WELCOME, GOOD LUCK, HANG IN THERE, but mostly that I LOVE YOUR profile picture...Tina Belcher as seen in WORKING GIRL!!!!! It cracks me up every time I see it!
