EAS Recommendation
Hello -
If I'm going alternative, can anyone give thought as to which of these http://eas.com/products/powder 3 EAS proteins is the best one to use? Many thanks. |
Do you have the sheet that tells you how to tell if a product fits protocol?
And is there a particular reason you're looking only at EAS powders? The first two are too high in protein, the middle one would be restricted due to higher carbs, and the 3rd one (Lean 15) is higher in carbs and lower in protein than other protocol-compliant powders. A lot of people use Quest as a better option. |
http://eas.com/products/manage-weightScroll further down - you want to use the one that is EAS AdvantEDGE Carb Control (ready made). 17g protein, 110 calories, 2g net carbs
I tried inserting a picture. But it is not a powder. These are great alternatives (for the person above who was asking why). Readily available, and fairly inexpensive. Walmart, Target, and most chain grocery stores carry them, as well as pharmacies. |
Thanks mld.
