Happy Easter! Thankfully on the scale brought me an Easter gift- down one pound. Thought I was going to have a zero loss week, so I am relieved! Scale has given me motivation to stick to my OP Easter. Ten more pounds to go.

Congratulations everyone on your successes this week! And I wish you well through your challenges.

My reboot started March 1. I weighed myself March 5 for a starting weight...I've lost 6.6 pounds since then. I finally can fit into all my pants, and can wear many of them although a few are still too snug to wear publicly. So, I'll keep on P1 until the 13th when I go visit family and move to P2 then. Hoping all pants completely fit by that point.

Have a good weekend!

Hi Murrcat!

Glad your reboot is going so well Weigh in for me is tomorrow. I think I am going to go for 10 more to prepare for my Italy trip in June. Depends honestly, on how my body looks! Are you going to do the full Phase Off?

Congrats to everyone on their successful reboots.
I have been attempting to drop 7 lbs since the end of Feb. I have not been strict on phase 1 and well.....it was slow to go. Weekends are the worst for me. I love a glass or 2 of wine with dinner and friends on Saturday evenings. Oh well this week I got very mad and had a chat with my inner self and did a proper phase one week. Imagine to my surprise (not really, I do actually know better) that it worked! I dropped 3.5 lbs since Monday. That is not normal for me at all I was always happy if I hit 2lbs a week. I am 1lb from my original goal weight.
We always seem to be travelling on short trips, which are typically the reason I have a few lbs I want to get rid of. We are leaving in 2 weeks for Vegas, so I think I will do ph2 this week and ph3 the following to prepare me for the trip.
Have a good weekend everyone!

Allme, glad the scale reflected your Phase 1 week efforts! I have been on my reboot for 2 months now and I miss my weekly wine too.

Slipfree,

Italy sounds wonderful and a great goal. To answer your question, I will do P2 for a week, and P3 for a week or 10 days. We'll see how I do there at the end, since I'm missing having a glass of wine myself.

Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't been around - work has been busy lately and I try to keep off the computer at home since I'm on it too much at work.

Congrats to everyone on their reboots - keep it up!

My celebration - I won the Biggest Losers Challenge at work, woohoo! The pot was $70 but it was more the feeling of accomplishment. I'm going to use the money to hit the thrift store and look for some clothes.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Hi everyone,

I usually just lurk in the background and read everything. My celebration is that I have finally rebooted and stayed IP for two days and no feelings of wanting to cheat. Just made up my mind I am tired of on/off again, need to stay on until I get to the weight I want to be at. You all are doing great. It is exciting to get in to cloths again and PurpleMornster for winning the Biggest Loser challenge!!!!!!!! Everyone have a great day.
