My pants that were getting tight at the start are now falling off me! Time to go buy more pants!

HereIstandThat's a real NSV! It's what we do when we're on our own that sends the message to our subconscious "I mean business." Yay!

Sljumper and Greyfaery
!

I'm doing fine. The water did not come into my house, although my streets turned into rivers yesterday!

I discovered a new soup! It's Proti-Thin Italian Tomato soup. I had been loving the Healthsmart Cream of Tomato for some time now, but got an Italian Tomato packet as a sample. I bought a box and it came a few days ago. Much yum! I always sautee mushrooms, red peppers, and cauliflower crumbles with garlic and black pepper, then pour the soup over that and heat it all. Add a bit more pepper, salt and garlic powder and it's a yummy minestrone. All OP and, with a green salad, makes for a wonderful lunch.

Have a great day, everyone! My school is closed today and tomorrow again so I'll be home grading papers and relaxing! And drinking lots of water.

Weirdest thing! Posts from yesterday did not show up until today, except for the one I replied to.

Joysh, nice to see you! Glad that the water did not come into your house. Your soup and reboot sound great.

Greyfaery, hurray for new sizes and clothes!!!!

HereIstand, way to stay strong!

Just checking in today! All is well here! I usually read 3FC while I'm eating my lunch.

Third day in the house. School is cancelled again today due to floods. Sigh. But I'm just fine! Drinking water. Grading papers. Drinking more water.

Have a great day, everyone!

Good morning everyone,

A few Saturday musings:

Isn't it wonderful when you begin to see the changes in your own body as the weight comes off?

Don't you wish that you could chose where the weight comes off? Lol

Feeling some happiness that clothes are beginning to fit again.

Looking forward to weigh in tomorrow.

Wish me luck, since I have a very challenging social event to attend today. Good thing WI is tomorrow, to keep the motivation high!

Default Reboot going well

Hello everyone,
I'm on day 12 of my reboot. I've lost 3.4 pounds in the last week, and some pants are starting to fit better.
I went to see my ND this week and she was very positive. She suggested trying sworkit.com for exercise once I'm done with the reboot.

Congrats on all the progress everyone!

Hi everyone! I'm back, for real this time! I started IP May 2014, lost over 80lbs, didn't reach goal, didn't phase off, stayed away from carbs and maintained for a while and then I started gaining. I'm up a little under 20 lbs, I went back to my coach last week and am back on IP. ready to reach goal and phase off properly this time. Missed y'all!!

joysh - I read about the flooding in Louisiana - stay safe!

Slipfree - Hope the WI went well!

Beth - Congrats! That must feel awesome!

murrcat - Yay on the reboot and 3.4lbs!

Kellyc14 - Welcome back!

Hi everyone! It's been a few days, work has been crazy and now that the weather is getting warmer, lots of things to wrap up inside the house before thinking of outside projects.

My celebration for this week - people at work are really starting to notice the weight loss and it feels good. I had to go to the thrift store yesterday and get some new clothes because none of my work stuff was fitting anymore. I'm calling these clothes "rentals" since I know I'll be trading them in for smaller sizes in a month

Put on my favourite pair of jeans on Friday that I bought after losing weight and they fit nicely again. I wore them all day.

Maybe I should wear them everyday, they can keep me honest for staying OP!

My weigh in- down 4.5 pounds! 12.5 to go. Thanks for asking Glad you found some temp. clothing and that people are beginning to notice. Tons of work to do here both inside and outside.

All Me, isn't that the best feeling, when your favorite pair of jeans slip right on? Yay for you!
