Potassium Question for Alt users
 

What do you use to get your potassium in? Lately I've been lightheaded/dizzy. I tried more sea salt and, although it worked at first, doesn't do much anymore. I vaguely remember taking potassium pills in '14 when I did IP the first time. I looked at my multivitamins and they don't have any. Is there a specific pill you use for potassium? Thanks.

You can take a 99mg potassium. I got mine at Walgreens, but I know you can get it at Walmart or target or any drug store.

Actually be really careful to take the supplements. I had to get off the program last summer because I was getting terrible leg cramps and then started have heart palpitations. I wasn't taking the recommended supplements, just a multivitamin and fish oil. It took a little while in P1 before it caught up with me, but it did, and it scared me enough that I took a break. Back now, but with supplements firmly in hand!
