Is it restricted? I am finding different answers online. Can someone please let me know?
Thanks! |

Not restricted. They are one of my new IP favs!

Just sounding my agreement. It is not restricted. Also very tasty!

Oh wow! Just looked at it on the IP website and not what I was expecting! Is it like a Rice Krispie treat?!?!?!?!
|
It is like a rice crispy treat. One side has kind of a glaze. I sprinkled cinnamon on it and warmed it in the microwave for a few seconds.

It isn't restricted and it is truly my favorite item! Perfect for a snack with tea.
@beaka, I am definitely going to try it warm! |
I just got these today! I'm SO excited to try them!!

If you use alternatives, NN has a *very* similar product: Proti-Thin Vanilla Crisp VLC Protein Bar. Based on my taste test, IP and Pro-Thin taste the same. YMMV.
Yes, the PT bars are over 30% fat. Alternatives over 30% cause a lot of unnecessary anxiety and discussion on these forums IMHO. There are many IP products that are also over 30% fat (as calculated in 2015), such as: BBQ soy nuts 140 cals/60 from fat Chocolate soy snacks 150 cals/60 from fat Choc drink UHT 100 cals/35 from fat Dill pickle zippers 190 cals/70 from fat Garlic soy nuts 140cals/60 from fat Peanut butter protein bar 170 cals/60 from fat Peanut soy puffs 160 cals/60 from fat Vanilla drink UHT 100 cals/35 from fatWafers Caramel nut bars |
