Well, I made a poor choice last night and had a cocktail. Just on the rocks so there were no carbs. Sure was a cheap date though, one drink and done.
Anyway, that was then... this is now. Not crying over it, just wondering if it will through me out of ketosis?
Does anyone else have any experience with this? Just kind of hoping I haven't 'ruined' all my hard work especially as we enter The Holiday Zone.
