I forgot to update here - but after only four days OP I lost 3 lbs at my first WI.

My next one on 02/09 will be a full week OP, so I'm anxious to see if the pace continues or if it slows.

I had been weighing every day at home for the fun of watching the needle go down. BUT my in-laws are now here through the 10th, and they need the scale in their room to check their weight several times a day. (Not sure if it's a medical thing or an OCD thing.)

So I won't get to know where I am until Tuesday. The suspense is killing me!

Congrats Ladyejan! Great loss after half of a week!

Down 4 pounds - woop woop - looking forward to my Body Composition next week to see how my lean mass is doing - seeing how much of this weight loss has been fat :).

.

And thanks back to you.

Tuesday is my WI day - so I can't wait.

On the other hand - Saturday was both my DH and my BFF's birthday on the same day. So I caved and had a slice of the lemon cake she brought.

Now of course I'm out of Ketosis according to my Ketonix breath analyzer. (sigh)

Hoping to return to Ketosis before Tuesday, by being strict OP.

Congrats everyone on their losses last! Seeing everyones success and dedication is great. I entered this challenge thinking 25 lbs in only 11 weeks was a very ambitious, if not unattainable goal for me. Yet here I am, just over half way through with less than 9 lbs to go! I'm very optimistic and motivated by my progress, and think I'll be able to shed the 1.8 lbs a week needed to meet this goal!

The biggest surprise for me on this journey has been my lack of hunger and cravings. I have never been on such a strict diet and not either been hungry all the time or craving the things I can't have. I also was a regular weekend drinker and haven't even missed my craft beers and cocktails at all. Seeing the lbs consistently drop each week has been huge for me, and keeps me from indulging in even little cheats.

My dedication may even be getting a little out of hand... I've been having anxiety dreams where I cheat! Then I wake up and I'm relieved I'm still OP. So silly.

Hope everyone has a great week!

For some reason I have lost the sheet. Oneuh2 can you add me for this week. My weight is 166. Was hoping to get to 165 but will take it. Thanks for everyone for participating. Now need to learn to maintain. :carrot:

This challenge was just what I needed to stay motivated. Thanks, oneuh! Is there another challenge starting, does anyone know? I hope you all did well. I can't find the sheet to enter my last weight, but I MADE it!!

I apologize to all who have been in the challenge - my husband developed serious medical challenges beginning in February, and I am sorry to say he passed away at home last Friday on April 1st.

From around Valentines Day to now, I have simply not been on 3FC at all - trying to get the doctors and specialists to work together to help my husband stabilize and get stronger. Instead, he declined rather rapidly, with 4 hospitalizations from January through March.

I am sorry to have dropped the leadership of the challenge - not sure why but the worksheet was blanked out - here is the link for anyone who still needs to post:

I hope someone else will lead a Spring into Summer challenge for us soon. I need some time to re-group and find my balance in this undesired situation, but I will be back on IP as soon as I can get my act together. Eating my emotional stress for 2 and a half months has caused substantial regain for me and I need to get back on a healthy path.

Meanwhile congrats to those who lost the 402 lbs that the challenge did record so far. Rhonuz was the loss leader with just over 27 lbs lost!!! Congrats!!!
