Do meals have to be eaten in order?

Hi,

So, I was wondering, is it illegal to eat my protein meal for lunch and eat an IP packet + veggies for dinner instead for one day? It isn't going to be regular, I was just wondering if I was going to have major issues because of it at all.

No they don't have to be eaten in order. It's quite flexible. The main thing is not to have all your 4 C of veggies at once, as that can be enough carbs to stimulate insulin. Good luck!
