Latest IP phase I guidelines

Hi all

I am back on the bandwagon to hopefully finally get to goal. I know things have changed a bit in terms of what veggies are unlimited etc but I can't find the latest IP phase I sheet.

Can someone help me out here? I have searched (unsuccessfully) and am obviously looking in the wrong place.

Thanks, Kim

It is an IP product that is a meal replacement. I first saw it mentioned as part of Phase 4 protocol to help folks get what they need in a meal without cooking/ preparing so just for convenience.

Yep, and Ideal Complete is not necessary either, simply for convenience; there are other meal replacement products out there (Vega Total Nutrition for one) that will do the same job for a cheaper price, too, if you find you need a 'quick meal' in Maintenance. I never used it.
