Need help - IP Chicken Soup Recipes/Ideas NEEDED

I'll keep this short. I've tried using the chicken soup in my egg whites, by itself (yuck), in a "pita bread" recipe on Janeva's FB page. Nothing seems to make me want to use it, and I have 3 packs left.

Any ideas?

I am a BIG fan of this

AVGOLEMONO SOUP!!

It's basically chicken soup with lemon and grated cauliflower... the cauliflower disappears like rice into the soup and makes it into a huge serving, and the lemon DEFINITELY cuts the weird flavor of the soup. I love it this way.
