Ok, I need serious help. Started IP on Feb 1. Lost 10 pounds, then gained back 3! I have been OP and have NOT cheated. I am about to give up. Can anyone help me? If I had cheated, it would at least explain the weight gain but that is just the thing, I have been OP from the beginning! Thank you in advance

3 pounds down, out of the blue, in 2 days. You just never know do you? Thinking I will quit thinking and just keep enjoying the ride!

Chiming in- yes, Spry is OP, however, do be careful to keep it to no more than 2 pieces- funny to think that the gum can actually slow you down- Personally, didn't have any until maintenance-and I probably have too much now....however that being said- my coach had mentioned that some of her people had slowed way down in P1 and the culprit seemed to be that they were having too much gum ... go figure! Best of luck with the smoking- it's a tough one, but you can do it!!!!

Good Morning Everyone! This is my first post and I just wanted to say hello :)
This is my 5th full day on IP and I must say that I am feeling FABULOUS!! I didn't have any of the most reported symptoms like headache, nausea, etc. at all. I have been following protocol 100% and do not feel hungry at all. It's amazing how a small bowl of soup or oatmeal, or a bar can keep you going. I have my first weigh in tomorrow and am actually looking forward to stepping on a scale ...... My coach did a body analysis at my first meeting and I was told that my lean body mass is 139.6 pounds and that they like you to have an extra 30 to 40 pounds on top of that. I was most excited to hear that as it puts me at a reasonable weight instead of using the BMI that says I should weigh about 145 pounds. Anywhoooo, I hope you are all having a great day! Rinakim |

Just read the posts about chewing sugarless gum. Wow...I've been eating by the handfuls! No wonder my losses have slowed. So the only other questionable thing I have been doing is spraying food with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter buttery spray. Does anyone have anything on that?
