Good Morning. I'm on day 1. I have a pork loin in the fridge for tomorrow night. Would you please share your pork loin recipe?

Thank you in advance!

Hi Bre! I'm happy to share, we keep it pretty simple. We put the loin in whole, add salt, pepper and other spices to taste - and cover with either Walden Farms bbq sauce, or our grocery store carries a kale salsa that's IP compliant. Sometimes we toss in a few whole garlic cloves too. Set on low for the day and walk away. I usually shred it when I get home so everything gets in the sauce for that last hour.

Don't forget your liner bag for easy cleanup too!

Ground turkey with bell peppers, jicama, mushrooms? You can roll it up in lettuce and make a wrap.
