Sick!!!

I am so sick and don't feel like eating. I did have oatmeal but it almost made me more sick. I have been trying to get my water but it's almost impossible. I am not hungry at all. Will I have to start over?

Tammy - imho you should listen to your body. If you are sick and don't/ can't eat, don't force it. I got sick about 6 weeks in and 2/3 days stuck to chicken broth, ice cold water, and hot tea (no sweetener). No you don't need to start over. When you feel better start to slowly add the packets and veggies back in

sorry you're feeling poorly. I hope today is better for you. I've been very lucky so far in that I haven't had any illnesses since startig IP. I do keep broth on hand and plain gelatin powder to make some homemade SF "jello" if needed. In the past, saltine crackers were a "go to" when m stomach was messed up so I have also have an assortment of IP and IP compliant alternative crisps and chips. I hope I don't get sick but if I do, I think those would be what I would go with.

I am feeling a bit better but have no appetite. I did choke down peach and mango drink this morning. The food is not really appealing to me. Plus the big C does not help.

My husband had a stomach flu. He had no appetite. His coach recommended Powerade Zero to provide some hydration and electrolytes. After he felt better, he was right back OP.
