Im lost 26 pounds for my daughters wedding, kept it off for 2 year and this year i started to head in the wrong direction. I never finished the IP plan to tomorrow will be my 1st complete week again. now i have to figure out how to fix my tics since i have been gone awhile. Looking for support and friends for help.
