My husband and I go to two different clinics and we both likes our coaches. Speaking for me, the lead coach/owner of the clinic I go to was just chosen as the first Ideal Protein coach of the month. She takes all of the coaches to meetings and events with the guys who started the diet and is very commited to the acual IP plan. I never feel rushed. I have a long commute from my job to the clinic, and they always find time for me even if I'm late. They are always professional. My personal coach is supportive. She lost a ton on IP so has a lot of great, practical advice. I really like the accountability and motivation of the weigh-ins/measurements. Just a great team of ladies! I'm so thankful to be going to my clinic.

I like my coach, too. I chose my clinic because it is affliated with a very respected doctors' practice. My coach has a degree in nutrition from a good university, and a nurse practioner oversees the program. I've received some medical advice from the nurse (regarding a prescription so I know they are reviewing my records) and the nurse orders monthly labs. From a medical standpoint, I feel I am in good hands.

My coach is always on time, is very professional, has a lot of knowledge about IP and nutrition, and I never feel pressured to buy any products. She is a good listener, offers sound advice, and doesn't 'judge'. Our meetings are quick, but every question I have is always addressed. She also responds to my email in a very timely manner. It's a perfect match for me!

So, if you are not happy, look elsewhere! I've read that others have transferred to different clinics and there was a small 'transfer fee', something like $25 if I remember correctly.

I have had a relationship with my coach since 2011, as she is my hormone replacement pharmacy consultant; I had all my girlie bits removed, so I will be on HRT for life. I had subsequent thyroid issues and when I finally threw up my hands and called for help, she suggested I give IP a try. I don't know if I would have done as well as I have without our previous relationship and her complete command of the Ideal Protein protocol AND my medical history. I love her, she's a friend. :)

I am really fortunate also, my coach and clinic are amazing. I don't pay per time, just for products, and can access my coach anytime by text, phone or email. The clinic is in a doctor's office (D.O.) and I went once a week during P1 and was both weighed and measured every time I came. Whenever I needed or requested a blood test I was given one (that I either paid for or put through insurance). I was permitted to come more often if I wanted but I didn't need to.
Now in maintenance everything is also free except product.
They make it very clear that they are there to help me succeed, not make money, and the service offered is paid for through the product.
