Liana I doubt you could give me TMI - you'd have to work really hard to bother me in those areas...
I wonder also if you could have a plan this weekend that felt doable to you, maybe allow yourself x amount of extra calories or macros or whatever, so you can get through the weekend successfully without having to focus too much on preparing food or doing more than you have to in what already is a tender situation for you.
Maybe bring along snacks and food that you genuinely love and feel nourishing to you. Like have a few baggies of cheese and fruit and rice cakes etc. in amounts that you will feel fine about by Monday.
That's they way I'm trying to think of things - what is it that I'm wanting, and usually it's fairly healthy, and how can I be OK with it and not think I am doing something wrong.

Here's yesterday.... My macros are leaning high in fats but I'm going with it for now, I seem more satisfied and scale is staying steady.

Here's an interesting and easy recipe for maintainers who like jam but don't want the sugar: (from Vega Protein website)

Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Total Time: 45 Minutes
Ingredients

Strawberry Chia Jam
•1 cup fresh strawberries, quartered
•2 Tbsp chia seeds
•Optional: Sweetener, as desired

Preparation

Strawberry Chia Jam
1 In a small saucepan, combine strawberries, ¼ cup water and sweetener, if using, over low heat. Cook until strawberries are soft. Mash with a fork. Add in chia seeds. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until a jam texture has formed.
2 Place in a jar, cool and refrigerate to set.

What’s more refreshing than an ice cold glass of pink lemonade? A nourishing Pink Lemonade Smoothie, that’s what!

Serving size: 1 smoothie

Ingredients
•½ large pink grapefruit
•¼ cup frozen raspberries
•Juice of 1 large lemon
•½ cup coconut milk or almond milk
•1 tsp maple syrup
•1 serving Vega Protein & Greens Berry (Or other berry flavoured protein powder)
•½ cup ice

Preparation
1Blend all ingredients together in blender and enjoy!
