Lisa, I have not received an e-mail but I sent my request a couple of days ago. I am new, can I join the challenge?

Humm, I do not seem to have access? I responded to your email with my screen name?? I am probably missing a step somewhere. Sorry, I just hit the request access button again just now.

It is an AP that someone here mentioned. Kind of a graph to track your progress and I have it set up so that once I enter my weight for the week it tells you how long till you hit your goal. Kinda cute and nice to see the loss in graph form. Just search for it in the AP store.

Thanks for the suggestion! I was just using a weight tracker on my phone, but this app is great!

Once we have been originally granted access, is there a direct link to the spreadsheet? Sorry to sound stupid, but I tried to get in and it said I need to be granted access. I had previously entered my starting weight.
Need more coffee apparently!!

Thank you Lisa!
I have entered my coordinates. Gained so much since we left on the cruise. It was less than a good time away. Returned home and we put our dog to sleep which completely has devastated us. Easter next weekend away to visit family and then I am 100% no excuses going to meet my goal!!!!

Much success to all the participants. These challenges are the best to keep you motivated and to strive ahead!

Having trouble getting to the spread sheet again. I did put in my starting weights but can't seem to get in to put last Friday's weigh-in. I know I am doing something wrong on my end

I've been out of town so I'll double check everyone later but before I left I had granted access to all who responded to my email inquiry.

Once you are granted access, don't forget to bookmark so you know how to return.

I am pretty sure not bookmarking it is my problem. Not even positive how to do this....I rarely if ever use spreadsheets.

If you get it to open, scroll down to find your name and double click on it. Be sure it is YOUR name! Enter your starting weight, your overall goal weight then, after each WI, scroll over to the weekly column under which you want to enter your lbs lost for that week. If you had no loss or even gained just enter "0". Everything will calculate automatically otherwise.

Hope that helps and good luck!
