Do you have to go to a center or can this program be done online?

It is not online, but a lot of people do alternatives on their own.

The alternatives on my own don't work well for me, so I go to a clinic. But lots of people are successful on their own.

You can do the research and do alternates on line...I need the accountability of my clinic! Either way these boards will be the best information you can get. On line you will have to do a bit of research on your own...

an online clinic does exist but you have to be out of the distance of a clinic. I believe it is 100 miles. idealprotein.com and goto the location page. HQ will call you and sometimes the online clinic info comes up. They are out of California.

There used to be something called "ideal to go" which was for people who didn't live near a clinic. I believe that has been closed.

Maybe that is why they didn't call me. The IP HQ phone representative said it may have been because I wasn't more than 100 miles from a clinic. They are still listed on IP.com locations.
