Ideal Protein HQ videos
Have you watched part or all of the online videos from ideal protein HQ?
I just got access to them with this reboot. They aren't to bad at all. I don't watch cooking ones, but I do the science explanations. Very rudimentary explanations but of good value. Very good improvement to the program. The site is my.idealprotein.com and my coach set up my access.
I really hope more option in that portal become available also.
the other portal for journal and body measures isn't nearly as useful except for tracking those numbers.

No access. Wish I could see the science based ones. Must talk to sister-in-law and get her to set us up.

I like them too, they've been my morning motivation every day.

I like them too. I have gotten the Phase 4 ones too. I haven't gotten this in a while so it's possible I've seen all they have until they come out with new ones.

I'm going to ask my coach about this, I hope she knows how to set it up.

The science is not geeky at all. They're pretty vague but good for people who just need a little bit of that.
I think you have access to all the videos at once. But they also feed them to you in an organized fashion in daily emails. That is how I am watching them.

wylothar -- How do you get access to all of them at once? I get only one per day. I like the science-y ones best as well, but I also liked the occasional cooking ones, though haven't seen one of those in a while.

My counselor needed to set me up for the videos, it wasn't somehting I could do for myself, apparently. Is this correct for everyone?
I like them, but because they use multiple/clustered video servers, and thus multiple IP addresses, I sometimes get the video stuck in my spam filter. Easy enough to allow through, but something to be aware of.

Mimi - once I got through the whole rotation of Phase 1 videos, it opened up access to all of them. It's been nice because I've been able to go back and watch a couple of them.

Oh, got it. I can indeed go back to all the ones I've seen-- was hoping to skip ahead (impatient me...)!

Your diet coach pays for the subscription, so take advantage of that if you go to a coach (and pay that $$$). LOL In Phase 1 I got a lot of the cooking ones. I never used the tubed garlic, ginger, lemonweed, etc. that you see in the produce section of the grocery store, but since seeing that I have bought them and flavor my food and I don't feel deprived.

I've seen those videos in my email but haven't had the chance to watch most of them. I'll definitely check out the science based ones! Should be interesting.

They've become part of my morning routine. I watch the new one as I have my breakfast and coffee. Beats most of the stuff on tv! I like the recipe section, too. Lots of ideas for using things I never have used before, mainly because I wasn't sure what you were suppose to do with it (ie fennel, star anise, etc). Well worth the brief time it takes to watch them.

On the website in the library. I am pretty positive I could watch them from library but I am not promising. you only can view what your coach unlocks. Only phase 1 for me, then when I get to p2 they unlock more.
your coach has to set you up.
I think at first they were trying to make the online paid for by user as extra. My family had clinic when it was just starting to roll out. I didn't write it to memory.

I get one emailed to me most days, the MD that presents them is well spoken and seems to be very practical and pragmatic. I have learned allot from them.
