Clinics and Coaches in Utah

Can anyone recommend a GREAT Ideal Protein clinic in Utah? There seem to be a lot of them in the state and it sounds like all clinics and coaches are slightly different. I am looking for something within an hour of Salt Lake City. Thanks! I can't wait to start this journey!!!
