Chicken Soup Recipe
 

Anyone have a good IP friendly chicken soup recipe? My instructor told me I could use low-sodium chicken broth--does anyone know if this is 1 cup per day? I thought maybe making a chicken soup in a crockpot and freezing for later would be a good and easy way to get in my meals. Thanks in advance!

I make soup and chili all the time and freeze it. I divide portions up into 8 oz meat servings, so they work as an IP dinner. Andover Clinic has some good basic recipes that you can tweak how you like. In fact, tonight I am having turkey soup frozen after Thanksgiving.
