So the journey starts tomorrow. Excited and terrified all at once. Who else is starting? Lets rock this!

I am too! Well I'm getting a consultation. I have a few questions for people on IP right now. What happens at the consultation? Do you get your weight and measurements taken? I was told the consultation is $80 and I was wondering do I get the food and everything I need to get started on the diet as well? I wasn't told much over the phone and forgot to really ask. I'm also excited but nervous. I'm glad I found this forum, it seems like a good place to keep motivated.

AwkQuarius - Clinics vary their practices a lot! My initial consult didn't actually cost anything until I decided to sign up (well, I had pretty much made up my mind to start already!) and then the initial cost was in the neighborhood of $400 which included blood work, body scan, first week of food, shaker, etc. The cost after that was around $80-90 a week depending on what I was buying.

Be sure to make a list of questions you have so you don't forget any - there's so much info given out that it's easy to forget.
