@Briael: Thank you so much! Yes, I had no idea that we shouldn't be creative in the first phase because even my coach has helped me create salad dressing & flan for example. Also, she gave me a ip pdf file cookbook with all kinds of recipes and creative "tweaks." I read your link and that was very Informative! Thank you again!

@canadjineh: I made the raw zucchini hummus about a year ago. I believe it was just raw zucchini in the food processor with garlic, salt, cumin, lemon juice and a little olive oil. Also, I had a zucchini salad dressing like that called "liquid gold." I believe it had a little tamari (soy sauce) added to it and more lemon juice and olive oil to thin it out...I am NOT 100% sure if these are IP compliant.

Default Reminder of eggs?

Can someone remind me how many eggs equal 8 oz of protein?

I'm having a hard time getting protein in and thought I would add egg beater-type products(or refrigerated, pasteurized egg whites) to my smoothies.

Anyone tried that?

You betcha, all those ingredients are IP phase 1 100% - just remember to count your olive oil in your allotment. Sounds yummy.
