B: Chocolate spinach protein smoothie
L: crockpot chicken curry and slim rice (Konjac rice)
D: as breakfast
S: BBQ zippers
Crockpot curry recipe...850g chopped chicken breasts, cup chicken broth, rending curry powder spices, soy sauce, olive oil, red pepper, yellow pepper, bunch of asparagus, quarter white cabbage sliced. I put everything in the crockpot and left on low all day. Pulled the chicken apart with a fork in the crockpot and left on low for another hour or so. Separated into 5 lunch boxes for the week. I got the curry mix in Indonesia. You could use any curry mixed spices.

Hi, I'm new to this and am just trying to create "legal" fuel, as opposed to "tasty" fuel. (Day 5 here!)
IP Vanilla drink for breakfast with coffee of course
IP Vanilla drink for lunch - with 2 oz roast pork tenderloin and 1 c chopped up zucchini and 1c cucumber
Supper - 6 oz roast beef, 2c asparagus
snack - bbq IP crisps - (not a big fan, but have 5 packs to use up!)
Naturally I'll drink about 9c water through the day...

L - Weight Loss Systems Chicken Noodle Soup (only 12g protein, so I added 2 oz silken tofu, which adds 4g of protein, so the totals are now 16g protein and 7.5g carbs), with 1 c. chopped broccoli
S - RTD blended with spinach
D - 2 grilled vegetarian sausages on 2 c. sauteed cabbage
