After 10 days of leave from work - a staycation- I went back to the office today. It's been so nice being at home and transforming packets into very interesting but still OP menu items.... now I must go back to the 'grab and go' mode. Today went ok despite a day full of meetings and little time for having lunch.
Today was also my 4-week official weigh in -- I am actually down 2.4 lbs this week, bringing my total loss to 14.8 -- just a smidge short of the 15 lb mark. The tracker is giving me credit for 15, so I have added another dancer to my signature block -- will make sure I hit that last .2 lbs at next week's WI!
Additional data point - My unofficial home scale that I use each morning when I first wake up and before I have any food or drink shows me to be down 17 lbs -- I am going with the official numbers to post here though.
I also did a close comparison of my scale and the one at my coach's office today. I popped by home to weigh on that scale just 20 minutes before I weighed in with my coach. My scale weighs one lb less than the IP official scale. This is good to know for future monitoring.
My inches have come down only slightly so far... except for my hips!! My hips are down 3 inches in 4 weeks -- this may get me back into some of my favorite fat girl jeans!
