Glad you posted here, Jan -- I am in my first month with IP, so I am no expert, but it looks like your starting weight is low relative to a lot of the rest of us on this forum, so it does not surprise me that your losses are somewhat smaller than those of us who are starting at more than 200.

In addition, I think one of the veteran IP users (Liana aka canadjineh, maybe) cited in another thread that losses in weeks 3-5 tend to slow considerably (I hope I am recalling this correctly).... my personal observations are that losses seem to average out to 10 lbs a month for those with 40 lbs or more to lose. I have not looked as closely at those who had less to lose.

I know of quicker ways to drop the lbs but this program really is trying to re-train the pancreas. The strong presence of protein in a fully digestible form and the absence of sugars are the key factors that make this program worth staying with. And, no matter what program you use to get the pounds off, the real work comes with keeping it off.

I have done so many quick loss programs and have regained my losses, plus some, every time. The P2, P3 and P4 protocols are a major aspect of IP that can help us be successful over the long haul. I encourage you to hang in with us -- I really believe this program will deliver in the end.
