hot flashes -- better or worse with IP?
 

I know the extra estrogen and soy has some effect on menopause -- I just don't know if it's a good one or bad one. I'm having hot flashes lately - but it IS July - so I'm not sure if I'm starting the change of life or just experiencing summer LOL. Any advice from people on how IP affects menopause and even what to do to make this "journey" more comfortable? Poor DH -- he's had "IP me" to deal with. "IP me" + menopause??... good luck to him!:hot::tired::yikes:

Going through menopause or peri meno whatever... no hot flashes while IP, but if you have been losing more fat the hormones will be off...and probably causing havoc??

Way less hot flashes on IP. I stopped drinking wine though and it made them really bad.
