I do. I just confused myself when I read that you need 2 cups of veggies in addition to your salad, because I make my salad with Spinach... I can be so blonde sometimes!! lol

The P1 sheet says unlimited "lettuce", rather than "salad"

Goodness, I've seen "salads" that are VERY carb heavy.
