I was just wondering if any of the clinics you visit are having a shortage of the IP double chocolate brownie? I use this as my breakfast and our clinic has been out for over two months now...wondering if it is US wide.

The brownies are back ordered everywhere because of a production problem. I used to have one for breakfast on the weekend. Positive side of things, my weight loss sped up after they became unavailable
Welcome GHLADY55!! My coach said the Brownies are going to be available for a short time soon... I enjoy them too but make sure I only have them twice a week at the most since they are an occasional restricted.. can't have every day
The cauliflower rice is wonderful! Use a cheese grater to grate cauliflower and fry in a little oil (I add a ton of chopped garlic).. Its a great sub for rice.... I really like the texture.

you can make muffins out of a chocolate pudding mix, which could at least be "similar"

Hiker - I started putting the cauliflower in my bullet, adding just enough water to cover it, give it a few pulses and then straining it through a sieve - works like a charm and less messy.
Hello all.....Im just checking in with everyone and welcome all newbies!! I feel like it was a very short time ago that I started.
I have been crazy busy with life, birthdays and graduations and nieces wedding coming up, its been one to-do list after another lol. My hubby will be home in a week and kiddos are almost done with school for the summer YAY!
Update on my progress....no cheats, week 18 (4 1/2 months) I am down 65 lbs and 27 inches......I also attached an updated pic in my signature.

Went camping this weekend when everyone was roasting marshmallows, I put my brownie on the burger flipper and roasted it in the flames...slightly burnt but totally worth it! Finding this year of camping a lot easier on IP then before!!!

KillerKandyAll I can say is stay strong and temptations will leave and it does get easier. I went to happy hour with my friends last week and I HAD WATER WITH LEMON, I WAS JUST HAPPY TO BE INCLUDED. oops sorry for caps.....went to BBQ yesterday and drank my water and left to come home and cook. We will all be here for support. I love these ladies.
