Yup! To match the nutritional content that is in 1 IP drink, you would only drink half of the 11 oz carton of the Premier Protein RTD shakes. So I had to make it CLEAR for the "police lurkers" out there.....that I was not advocating everyone drink the whole thing, but that is what I do. LOL!

http://www.sherv.net/cm/emoticons/ol...y-emoticon.gif Time for my daily swim...off I go to the pool! I'm only getting in some gentle cardio for now each day. Looking forward to stepping that up a few notches in the future.

Enjoying this journey! You all have a fabulous afternoon! :)

Happy Wednesday everyone! Posted on daily thread but will post it here because I am SUPER excited....I stayed off the scale since last Thursday and was rewarded with being down past 20 lbs finally!!!! I swear, the scale was just completely messing with me for the past two weeks!

I'll admit that sometimes I get "loss envy" at other's numbers, but I know that my body is going to lose at the rate it wants, so long as I stay OP and don't cheat myself.

I haven't weighed 145 since 2009, so that's my next mini goal.

So glad for all the supportive vibes and good recipe ideas :smug:. Now I need to get some oatmeal packets...I only have shakes and soups ( doing IP alternative). Keeping the faith and loving the summer energy here in Portland Oregon where it does not get dark until close to 10pm.

Get ProtiDiet maple oatmeal... It is UNRESTRICTED. I use it to make muffins and cookies all the time. I actually just brought the GUANT container on Nashua... Something like 20 servings for $27

Hi everyone.Just want to thank you all for your support!! You rock and keep pushing forward to your goals. I am feeling excellent on this Alternative/IP plan. I do however miss my workouts even just walking so I will keep that in my program even if it means adding in extra protein. I need exercise for stress release and all the many wonderful side effects that come with it. Have a wonderful day everyone http://www.sherv.net/cm/emoticons/ye...y-emoticon.gif
