I haven't had a third pack. I feel like I over ate today. I didn't measure the meat I ate....I didn't pig out or anything....
Should I have a third pack?
Don't worry, you probably didn't over eat. You are probably not hungry because of the extra fat in your meat. Ribs are a very fatty cut of pork (one of my favorites, too. I miss them since starting IP!)
Anyway, fatty food takes longer to digest, which means no hunger for that third packet. You need the third packet for the protein. I like to use one of the fruity drink packets or the raspberry jelly as my third packet when I'm not very hungry.
